When will my order ship?
All of our items are made to order and require 1-4 business days on average to prepare for you before shipping.
Can I cancel my order or change my address?
Because our printing partners strive to get your order processed/fulfilled/shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult for us to cancel the fulfillment process/change order details once submitted.
If your order was placed 1-3 hours prior, you are welcome to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
What about returns & exchanges?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs can vary from country to country. Please do research on prices before you decide to return the item as we do not cover any return costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return To Sender/Incomplete Addresses
Your order will be shipped to the exact address that you submit to us.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that it is your full responsibility to make sure that the address given is accurate, complete, and current.
In the event that your order is sent back to us due to an incomplete/improper address, you will be expected to cover the cost associated with re-shipping the order once it arrives back *and* any postage due upon our retrieving of it from our post office.
